Love this Varun. It is so true. Having mastery in this way and learning to focus with deeper intent is an incredible skill. The mind is almost impossible to tame. Even the greatest Sadhus struggle with this because it truly is untameable, but it is the mastery and learning to unsettle, understanding how our mind works and how to scale back the over thinking and be at peace and acceptance with the hard stuff and focus on that which serves us. This is the ultimate goal.
